Autobuild not working

Hi We are using the autobuild function, when we add a unit item to the item and press the autobuild button it does not proceed with no error message. We need to fix this problem.   Thanks

The work around is not a feasible solution.

Can you please run the script over our file.

This may correct the problem.

What exactly happens when you're in the auto-build window of your AccountRight? Also, you might want to check out this Help article: Auto-Building Items.
