Error -4053: If you have no items on hand, the value of your inventory must be zero.

I'm trying to adjust the quantity of one item to 0, but it doesn't work at all. I've tried import, negative purchase and inventory adjustment.   Seems it's because the value of the item is $12, and...

Thank you for providing the screenshot. We have an online script that we can arrange on the back end to fix the issue. Could you please reply with the last four digits of your Serial Number and Company File ID? Thank you!
