Inventory E Error

I'm getting odd inventory levels with E-15 which means I can't purchase, sell or adjust these items.  

I've tried the suggestions for others on this forum with no luck.

    As CCN mentioned, we can run scripts to fix it if your file is online, therefore, please send me your serial number by a Private Message so I can arrange it.

    Try messaging "Steven" he runs a script for us which clears these errors.  We find it has something to do with part of 1 whole unit.  Sometimes we get round it if we make a small adjustment - then we can receipt in our goods.

    Then remove the adjustment.

        Try putting his name in the "message tag"?  He runs it frequently for us - and may give you a reference number to ask each time it happens.
