Inventory E Error

I'm getting odd inventory levels with E-15 which means I can't purchase, sell or adjust these items.   I've tried the suggestions for others on this forum with no luck.

    As CCN mentioned, we can run scripts to fix it if your file is online, therefore, please send me your serial number by a Private Message so I can arrange it.

Try putting his name in the "message tag"?  He runs it frequently for us - and may give you a reference number to ask each time it happens.
