Item list showing zero

I have entered a purchase invoice receiving in certain items.  These are still showing as zero in the Item List so I am unable to select them for a sale.

They are showing correctly in the Item Register and the Item Reconciliation Report is out of balance by the total of these items purchased.  

All invoices have been dated correctly. 

 

Please advise how I can resolve this.

    Thanks for the clear rundown. If your item list shows zero when it shouldn’t, it’s usually due to inventory value issues, a data entry slip, or the item setup. First, make sure the “I Inventory This Item” box is ticked. If the item has a quantity with a value, try posting an adjustment. If that still doesn’t fix it, jump onto live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA or log a support ticket in My Account so we can take a closer look.
