Hi D_Jade
Can't tell exactly from limited info, however best guess is you are looking at an Item in the Item Register. This shows invoices where this item was included but quantity was 0. The Sale might well have a Cost of Sales figure however this is likely related to a different Item sold on that invoice.
Why are the COGS account entries so high - likely caused by a bug in MYOB - get in touch with MYOB Support and ask them to run a script over the file. Again my guess is you have an item with a value such as $1, but the quantity on hand is something like 1-E23276327863 (that is a really small number), this gives an average cost of a really large number. Average cost is what AR2025 uses to calculate COGS.
If you don't get any joy from MYOB or their script does not solve, you might want to get FGH Tables or MYOX Services to take a look at the file. They do a a lot of work fixing inventory issues in AR2025.
Regards
Gavin
