Incorrect items on hand amounts

We have some wrong items on hand figures after the last update. 

Please see attached picture. 

There is a -4.44.......E16 item and a 415 on hand items, which we never bought. 

Could you please let me know how to correct this and why this happens? 

We can't trust the stock amounts if they just change willy-nilly.

    I've arranged for that script to be run over the company file for you.

    If you have been using the company file around the time of this post, do ensure that you close down and reopen the company file.

    Hi powdercoat 

     

    We occasionally see situations where items will show a usually long decimal number. This is typically caused by errors in the item's history. Generally speaking, users are would not be able to bring that item back due to the system error, however, we do have a script that we can run over the files that helps with that situation.


    If you would like to confirm the following information we can arrange for that script to be run for you:

    • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
    • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
    • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

      Hi Stephen,

       

      I finally have a second to get this sorted. In answer to your questions:

      • file is online
      • last 4 digits: 0505
      • Company file id: 1

      Please let me know if you need more information.
