Negative format will change when print out

For the AccountRight, our computer setting is "-1" and when we look at the MYOB screen it shows "-1" as well. But when we print out the form, it was changed to "(1)". How to fix it?

    Hey Sabrinaguo,

In MYOB, when you see "-1" on the screen but it prints as "(1)," it indicates a negative value. The parentheses are a common accounting convention used to denote negative numbers in printed forms. You can still change this by going to:

    • Control Panel.
    • Select Clock and Region.
    • Click Additional settings.
    • Negative number format.

    Best regards,

    Doreen

  • Hi Doreen
