Negative on-hand quantities

I am trying to close a Financial year but get an error message saying I have negative on-hand quantities of an inventory item.  I do not!  Could the Inventory script please be run on my file to see if this fixes the issue?

    I have been trying to get in contact for 5 days to cancel my subscription. It says I have no product Ive been running program for 20 odd years. Wants to make me sign into Australian site I'm in NZ but won't let me. MYOB have become completely useless

      Hi Earl - thanks for your reply.  Last 4 digits of serial no. are 5680 .  Company File ID is 1.

    Sorry that it took you too long to cancel your subscription. I was able to check your account and saw that you still have an active AccountRight subscription. If you still want to proceed in cancelling your subscription, you can submit a support request through My Account or get in touch with our live chat. To get through to a live chat agent, you will need to get in touch first to our virtual assistant, MOCA through myob.com/support. Don't worry, if MOCA can't provide the help you need, our live chat team is just around the corner to pick up from where MOCA left off. If you encounter issues in the future, don't hesitate to create a post again.
