New user cannot access inventory

Hi Team,
We have added a new user to our Accountright Plus system, using the same options as other staff for limited system access. Our new team member can't access the inventory tab of the desktop software. However, they have full access via the browser-based system.

Is there a way around this for them to access the inventory only?

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

     

    Kindly check the user role from the user access window to see if inventory access is ticked. To do this, go to Setup > User Access > under Manage Users, highlight the user ID and check the 'Company file roles'. If it's only showing inventory as their role, kindly attach a screenshot of the command centre of AccountRight where we can see that 'Inventory' is greyed out or cannot access. Also, send a screenshot of the web browser where full access is showing. Make sure to remove any sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
