Hey all!
Image and file attachments for invoices and quotes are now live in MYOB Assist.
You can upload JPG, PNG, PDF and TIFF files directly from your camera, photo gallery or device files. Each file must be 10MB or smaller, with a total attachment limit of 25MB per invoice or quote.
You can give it a go now in the app, just make sure you're on the latest version! Feel free to share any feedback you have with us here!

Pity It doesn't work right
3 out 4 invoices sent with attachments dont deliver.... client always emailing me asking where are the jobs photos etc... my CC'd copies dont have them 2 out of 4 times yet the invoice save with them
I shrink every photo and make sure theyre all under 1 or 2 mb... email size like 4mb and still doesnt work......PS I HATE MYOB!!!
What I would love to see in the app is the ability to share invoices from my email directly to the assist app without having email them & clogging up my sent items or having to do a **bleep**py screen capture to use this feature. For example I use the sniip app to pay my suppliers from my phone. I can just open the invoice pdf on my phone, hit share & select my sniip app. The pdf is authentically imported into the app & then it performs OCR to refill all the details. Please explore this functionality. Xero can do it, why can’t you?
It is so excellent you have totally ignored users by killing of the simple - non MFA invoice captures.
A simple system for multiple people to capture invoices.
And please dont say - we are protecting your data - that is not the reason you killed it off.
