Capture versus myob assist app. I could capture numerous images to send to one transaction in capture app not so in myob assist. Will this feature become available?

I do understand it was an old app but the feature of being able to capture multiple pages was a vital part of the app that many of us used. Many of our Invoices are multiple pages. Quite happy to use MYOB Assist but need the multiple page option.

I would like this feature back too

Multi page invoice capture is essential. 
Does anyone that designs or alters this software actually use it or have experience running a business or various types of businesses ?? 
The capture app works fantastic WHY are you removing it ??

Are you saying, that in the new MYOB Assist Capture, you cannot scan page 1, then select 'another page' option, and continue to scan page 2, page 3 etc from the same invoice.

So now, it all goes into the tray as single pages, and we have to now manually add each additional page to the one supplier invoice, that is so time consuming and just not an option.

You surely are not serious you did not keep that option in the new app, this is what made it better than others. :(

Can’t believe they took away this option. It wax a game changer. So much for less clicks now we have to add pages individually 🤦‍♀️

Please fix this as a matter of priority. 🤞

Hey AmandaMYOB, there is no doubt that there are many of us that require the feature of capturing multliple pages for the one file. This is probably something that the developers of the new app overlooked. How long before this "old" feature is restored to the new app ?????

Our team are working on a Multi-page Capture feature for the MYOB Assist app. At this stage I don't have a definitive time frame however I will make sure to come back to this post with an update as soon as I have more information. 

In the meantime, existing users of the old Capture app can continue using it. Or you can take multiple images and upload them to your file. Once sitting in your Uploads, you'll be able to apply them to the same transaction. 

Looks like this feature has gone backwards 

AmandaMYOB​  that may be all well and good to say, but where is the beta testing that would IMMEDIATELY identify the need for multi page invoice capture ? 
How can I have my lower tier staff download this app to use for capturing incoming tax invoices without giving them access to outgoing customer invoicing, overdue invoice amounts, client contact information and other information that would otherwise be inaccessible to them ? 

It's easy to say "move away from outdated, unsafe and unsuported software" but when the replacement is not a replacement and is not fit for purpose, how is this an improvement ? 

This new app seems to be a blend of the MYOB Capture and MYOB Invoices apps. Those 2 tasks are completely separate and can be allocated to different levels of staff, I fail to see the benefit in making them one app that can't be given to any and every employee to help with admin tasks that are suitable to that individual person. 

Does MYOB even consider what various types and sizes of businesses require for their bookkeeping ? 
Does MYOB have experienced and practicing bookkeepers, accountants, business owners or former business owners as part of the design and testing team ? Software engineers might be able to write code like a demon but I'd suggest their bookkeeping skills are likely very limited. It's great to have dev's test something to work as designed but if the design is impractical and unsuitable for industry use then what was the point of the change again ? 
I'm sick of software constantly being altered, changed and fiddled with for seemingly no benefit other than the sake of change and justification of one's employment.   
I can give you a long list of things about MYOB Business that are impractical, don't work, excessively convoluted and clunky to use and should have never even made it past Alpha testing never mind 2 years of full release without being fixed or addressed. 
I'd be happy to expand on these issues here or elsewhere if there is a genuine interest making the software work effectively and I'm sure there'd be a long queue of business owners and bookkeepers ready to agree with me but don't have to time to make a complaint and not have it upvoted sufficiently to be addressed.
