Thanks for the feedback. The current version of the MYOB Assist app doesn’t use a separate PIN, but you can turn on biometrics so you’re not typing your password each time: More → Account settings → Enable biometrics
The good news is we’re also bringing back a 6‑digit passcode login, which is due to roll out on 17 March so you’ll have a quicker way to get in again.
If your device supports biometrics (face or fingerprint unlock), you can use it with MYOB Assist:
Turn on biometrics on your phone
- iPhone: Settings > Face ID & Passcode > set up Face ID
- Android: Settings > Security/Biometrics > set up fingerprint or face unlock
Enable it in MYOB Assist
- Open MYOB Assist
- Go to More > App settings
- Turn Biometric login on
Additionally, the PO field is still there, it’s just moved. When you create or edit an invoice, open the payment terms / more details section and you’ll see a Purchase order box you can use to enter the job/PO number. It’s a manual entry field, and at the moment the app doesn’t support searching by PO number.
