Thanks for sharing what you are trying to achieve. I understand your employees only need to capture receipts.
The Field role in MYOB Assist also includes quotes and invoices, so it isn’t a capture-only role.
For receipt-only access, use the lower-access role instead: Contacts for MYOB Business, or Cards for AccountRight.
