MYOB Assist App issues

Good Morning

 

After using the new app for a while it has now stopped working with no issues logging in.

 

Then a few weeks ago, I was unable to login and it doesn't take you to the original login page.

It goes to a homepage and no matter where i try to login in it doesn't work.

App has been deleted multiple times and reinstalled.

iPhone software updated.

 

Please advise on how to fix this.

    Hi Nadiajansz,

     

    Thanks for jumping in and letting us know you’re seeing the same thing. In cases like this we really need to check each account and setup individually, so the best next step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. Once they’ve got your details, they’ll be able to run some deeper checks and get this fixed up for you.

    Still not able to access myob assist and sending me to moca was of no use
