PIN code login & cash payment

Hi just started using the new myob assist app! 

  1. Was just wondering if there is a PIN code login option as our iPad we use doesn’t have face recognition? 

  2. was wondering if is an option to have cash payment as an option on the face first page of invoicing? At the moment we have to save the invoice go back edit the invoice put the cash amount in we have received and then go back and send the email to the customer! The old app worked great in this aspect cheers!

    Passcode login is now available for the MYOB Assist app. Make sure you've updated your app to the latest version to get started.

    Hey Bodhi1,

     

    Thanks for giving the new MYOB Assist app a whirl. The PIN code login option is no longer available and the app now uses biometrics for quick access. If you skipped setting it up, 

     

    • Open More from the app
    • Scroll to Account Settings
    • Toggle Enable biometrics to turn it on

    On your invoicing request, adding cash payment on the first page is a good shout. Thanks for the feedback and we’ll pass it to the team.
