Quotes is now available in MYOB Assist!
Great news: Quotes has officially launched the MYOB Assist mobile app, making it easier to create and send quotes while on the go.
To access Quotes, make sure your MYOB Assist app is updated to the latest version.
How to update?
- iPhone: Open the App store > search MYOB Assist > tap Update
- Android: Open the Google Play store > search MYOB Assist > tap Update
Once completed the Quotes tile will appear on your Assist home screen.
What can you do with Quotes?
- Create quotes on the go
- Edit and update quotes
- Send quotes instantly via email or share options
- Track their status (sent, accepted, declined, resent)
- Convert quotes to invoices in a tap
Who can access Quotes?
Quotes in MYOB Assist is available to users in one of the following roles:
- Owner
- Administrator
- Sales
If a user doesn't have permission to create quotes in MYOB Business, they won't the Quotes tile in the Assist app.
How does Quotes layout work?
You don't need to select a layout type when creating a quote.
MYOB Assist determines the layout automatically based on what you add:
- Adding only items > uses the Combined layout in MYOB Business and the Items layout in AccountRight
- Adding only custom items without editing the unit pricing fields > uses the Services layout
This keeps quoting flexible and consistent without extra setup.
Where can I find Quotes?
Just open MYOB Assist and tap the Quotes tile in the home screen
