Sign in process for Assist app

The sign in process is ridiculous. I used to be able to bring up the app, quickly scan my receipt and be on my way. 
Now I need to sign in every single time I open the app. Plus the email verification, which annoys me anyway, but I need to do everytime. 
The time it takes me to sign in is longer than scanning the receipt. 
Will there be an update to keep the app signed in on each device?

  • Hey Santosha,

     

    It’s a hassle having to sign in and punch in email codes each time when you’re just trying to snap a receipt and get on with your day. A quick win to speed things up is turning on biometrics:

     

    • Tap the More menu at the bottom right
    • Go to Account Settings
    • Select Enable biometrics

     

    On the update to keep the app signed in on each device, we don't have any infos yet.

    Even with all of this enabled, the App signs me out periodically and I have to sign back in again. Fair enough. Could you please ask your development team to consider adding App access to the iOS Passwords data (see 

    https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/security/sec8762eb992/web) so that users can autofill their username and password like they can do on every other App? Cheers!

    Hope you're well! Passcode login is now available for the MYOB Assist app to help with easier sign-ins. Make sure you've updated your app to the latest version to get started.
