Hi Earl_HD,
We are having the same issue and the fix has not fixed it for us.
I have tried again this morning, uninstalling the app and installing however the 'unable to load data' is still coming up.
This is a massive issue for us at the moment and really need it back up and working ASAP.

We have the same issue. Our staff are using the tick that says MYOB capture only string and file user and are getting the unable to load data error message. I too hope that this can be resolved quickly.

yes using the latest version. We have deleted and downloaded the app again.
It is the staff that are using the MYOB Capture Only feature and create and edit that seem to be affected
This is affecting our workers and increasing workload. Not reducing as it was designed for.
Do you know if there is a fix for this.
