Unable to load data in MYOB Assist

Hi there.  I am having issues with myob assist saying it can't load data as per the screenshot below  Any ideas on how to fix this please?  We have deleted the app and reinstalled.  Inactivated ...

We are using the 2.2.2 version of the app

    Us too. Our phones are saying we have the latest version (no update available).
