Unable to load data in MYOB Assist

Hi there.  I am having issues with myob assist saying it can't load data as per the screenshot below  Any ideas on how to fix this please?  We have deleted the app and reinstalled.  Inactivated ...

I ended up calling yesterday. Spent 2 hours on the phone to them. The issue was finally resolved last night.
