Unable to load data in MYOB Assist

Hi there.  I am having issues with myob assist saying it can't load data as per the screenshot below  Any ideas on how to fix this please?  We have deleted the app and reinstalled.  Inactivated ...

Hi Everyone,

 

Just a quick one to let you know the issue with MYOB Assist not loading data has now been sorted. Thanks for hanging in there while we got that fixed. Really appreciate your patience.
