MYOB Team – Geolocation Not Working on iOS and Android

Hi Tech Team,

We are currently testing MYOB Team before rolling it out to our staff and have encountered an issue with geolocation.

iOS Devices tested:

• iPhone 14 Pro – iOS 27.0.1
• iPhone 16 – iOS 26.5
• iPhone 18 Pro Max – iOS 27.0.1

There is no option to allow location access while using the MYOB Team app, and the app does not prompt for location permission when opened. Location therefore shows as OFF in the MYOB Team portal.

Samsung Galaxy S20 – Android 13

Location permission is enabled and set to Allow while using the app, but geolocation still shows as OFF in the portal.

Could you please advise how we can resolve?
