Hello, Please interpret and resolve the above error message for me.
I have logged out and removed cached files and started a new session as per a recommendation 3 years ago from someone with the same problem in this community. I am not using a different email address and have no trouble logging into our main file via a new private session with 2FA, but the Team extension is still not working. I need to process the payroll and I am concerned that this link has been lost??? How do I restore access please? I would appreciate if someone can provide some advice. I am on hold with MYOB Support and the wait time is longer than usual.
