Hello, Please interpret and resolve the above error message for me.

 

I have logged out and removed cached files and started a new session as per a recommendation 3 years ago from someone with the same problem in this community.  I am not using a different email address and have no trouble logging into our main file via a new private session with 2FA, but the Team extension is still not working.  I need to process the payroll and I am concerned that this link has been lost???  How do I restore access please?  I would appreciate if someone can provide some advice.  I am on hold with MYOB Support and the wait time is longer than usual.

    Thank you Doreen.  I spoke to someone in tech support and after trying numerous times all afternoon, I eventually gained access to the Teams extension when speaking to the support person.  Neither of us could explain how it was resolved but I am relieved to have been able to process the payroll. Hopefully the Status Hub can reveal why the problem occurred?

    We're aware of the issue affecting the MYOB Team admin portal where that “The request could not be satisfied” message appears. It’s already been posted on our Status Hub so you can keep an eye on updates as the team works on it.

  • I am experiencing the same issue. Worked fine in the morning, could log in, and couple of hours later, this error message show when I try to load the website. Is MYOB fixing this at the moment?
