MYOB Team App

Hi, I have an employee who when she enters her timesheet after submitting it, it disappears and she can no longer view it. Are you able to help?

    Hey Megs73,

     

    When an employee’s timesheet disappears straight after submission, it can really throw the routine out. Since it sounds like this is only happening to one person, we’re aware of that issue. The best move is to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. This way, they'll be able to grab details they need and you'll be notified once it has been resolved.
