Hi may4,
Timesheets showing up for approving managers who aren't assigned to the specific employee isn't how the software is supposed to function. Since you've already lodged a support ticket, that's a good start. In the meantime, try redoing the approving manager setup or creating separate locations for those managers as possible troubleshooting steps. You can find the process here.
