Hi Thuggee, 


Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. Apologies for the delayed response.

 

I understand how this feature might affect how you handle your software. Only an approving manager can edit recorded clock on/clock off times recorded in the mobile app or the kiosk. I suggest checking what login your employee is using to edit the timesheets.

I think your software is broken/has a serious security bug then all my staff can edit & change their own time sheets through the app.

 

We have only 1 approving manager which is myself (I have double checked this just now).

    I'm sorry to hear about the experience. In my understanding, your employees can only edit this information if the timesheets have not been approved yet. After being approved, only an approving manager can edit this information.
