That sounds inconvenient, especially after updating and reinstalling the app and restarting your phone.
For now, you can keep approving timesheets in the MYOB Team Admin Portal. On the Timesheets page, check that the payroll week, location, approving manager, and employee filters are set correctly. Using the MYOB Team admin portal
If the timesheets show in the portal but not in the app, contact our support team and let them know what you’ve already tried.
