Thanks for your post. If the employee account has been created but they were never prompted to set a password, the best next step is for the employee to reset it from the MYOB Team login screen using Forgot password, or via team.myob.com. They’ll need to use the exact same email address that appears against their name in MYOB Team.
Once the password has been reset, they can try signing in again using that email and the new password. If it still doesn’t let them in, the next step is to remove the employee from the location in MYOB Team, save the change, then add and invite them again so they can accept a fresh invite. This step generally fixes the login issues.
