MYOB teams not signing in

My employee has downloaded the Teams app and tried to create an account.  It says it's been created but it doesn't ask for a password.  Then it says to return to MYOB team, but she hasn't set up a password to be able to login.

We've deleted the app and re-downloaded but it hasn't helped.

Even clicking on the Forgot Password? takes you to a confusing screen.  There's not simple way to reset it with a link.

    Hi shoretee,

     

    Sounds like a bit of a headache when it should be simple. Normally once you've invited them, they just need to click the link in the email and follow the steps to set up their account and download the app. For a bit of guidance in the meantime, here's a link that runs through the setup steps nice and clearly: Using the MYOB Team mobile app.

     

    If it's still being stubborn after that, the best move is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The support team can check what's going on behind the scenes and reset the password if needed.
