Hey bethanycf,
You’ve done everything right by following the guide and adding your employees, so it’s not ideal when the approving manager doesn’t appear in the dropdown. We’re aware of an issue where this can happen even if they’re already added in MYOB Team. The next step is to create a support case via My Account so our team can add your account to the list of affected users and update you once it’s fixed.
