No automatic Activity statements appearing in MYOB Practice manager

I have set up everything per the instructions provided, I should be seeing activity statements at the start of each month but all i get is an empty list...  Any suggestions?

    Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum!

     

    The activity statements will appear in your compliance list, and they will automatically disappear when they are no longer an obligation.

     

    This might be due to your user role access as well, you have to be an administrator in the file, and an agent is linked to the client and is authorized to lodge activity statements on behalf of your client.
