No Files Available

This has happen before, but recently happening again, why is taking so long  for our files to be available, should be automatically available.

Hey INTHEHILLS​ 

I'd recommend reaching out to the team via Live Chat on your Partner Dashboard if you're continuing to experience an issue with your files. The team will be able to take a look and resolve accordingly. You can do this by selecting the "?" icon underneath your profile icon on the bottom left.
