Hi adminhelpers
Did you receive any error messages when processing payroll? If so, you can attach a screenshot of the error message so I can take a look at it. In addition to that, you can try using a different device to see if it will let you process the pay run. Just let me know how you go on with this.

Hi,
Thanks for offering to have a look but this was an issue over 2 months ago. It was an MYOB issues after one of the upgrades :(
