First payroll of the year won't record

Using MYOB AccountRight Version 2022.5.

The first payroll of the year won't record.

When I enter the payroll everything looks fine including in the Payroll Verification report but when I click record everything is zero on the next page and the entire payroll has disappeared.

Is there a way to have this fixed?

    Hi FMTBS,

     

    Thanks for sending those details. I've run the script over that file so you should be able to process pays now.

     

    Please close, then re-open your software before attempting the process agiain

     

    Let me know if you continue to have problems.

    If you could please provide the last 4-digits of your serial number + Company File ID this relates to (Help>About MYOB AccountRight>Company File ID:__), I'd be more than happy to assist with this.
