Account Dept - how to contact?

I need to find out if you are deducting the card payment fee from my account (or card), or do I need to pay the $4.29 invoice? Keen to find out before it is overdue - invoice has no due date.

We don't use you for payments and never purposely will, but we resent an old invoice to a well overdue customer. It slipped through with the “Pay Now” option enabled (just as you had planned by enabling it automatically on every old invoice). He paid you, you charged me a fee. Do I need to pay the fee or are you charging my card or deducting it from my bank?

As mentioned, we disabled this feature the minute we could but didn't go back and manually turn it off all 50,000 older invoices. It has now bitten us and I need to know how to query whether we are paying, or if you are deducting.

Who can we email, call, smoke-signal whatever? I can provide the invoice number but would rather do that not in a public forum.

Please advise.

Hi DJMX5 , i'm happy to take a closer look. Can you send me a private message with your account and invoice details please? Otherwise billing enquiries can typically be managed yourself by logging in to myaccount.myob.com and you will find a billing tab in there. From the myaccount portal, you can also raise a case to our support team (they are taking a long time to reply at the moment though)

Sure about that? We received the full invoice amount into our account.

No fee was deducted then or later.

    Hi DJMX5 ,
The invoice will be a notification of the fees for invoicing, but its not something you need to pay.
The fees are deducted from the invoice amount at the time it is paid to your account. So you can think of the invoice more as a receipt
