Thank you for the quick reply.
The lock period wasn’t ticked but the “Transactions can’t be changed” had been so I’ve unticked it and all seems to be working OK now.

I've just tested it from my end and am not experiencing the same issue. Do you have a lock period set on the file? Lock periods will prevent anyone from making an entry in a specified period.
You'll be able to check if there's one set by clicking into Setup > Preferences. More information and instructions can be found on this page.
If there's no lock period set and you're still unable to make edits to the invoice, it's worth double checking your user access to ensure you have the correct access in case there's been a change. More information and instructions on this page.
