Bank feed application stuck in Pending - Online Passcode Generated

The Westpac bank feed authorisation was completed on 23 June 2026 at 4:01 PM.

Westpac confirmed the request was submitted successfully.

However, the application status in MYOB Acumatica is still showing:

Pending - Online Passcode Generated

Could you please check whether the authorisation has been received and advise if any backend refresh or action is required?

    Thanks for the update, and for confirming Westpac completed the bank feed authorisation. As this is a MYOB Acumatica bank feeds issue, could you please post it in the MYOB User Discussions forum here: MYOB User Discussions | Community. That forum is the right place for MYOB Acumatica customers and partners, and it specifically covers MYOB-localised features like Bank Feeds.
