Hi LibeesHoney,
I get why that’s confusing. If the Not matched number is higher than what’s showing in the list, it’s usually because the current view is filtering some transactions out. In Banking, click Reset first, then check the Not matched, Matched and Hidden filters, along with the selected account and date range. If you’re using AccountRight desktop, it’s also worth clicking Get Bank Transactions to refresh the feed.
