Contacting support is a joke - want to move serial number to another entity

I cannot express the frustration i am currently experiencing in trying to contact someone, anyone at MYOB. I've lodged online requests - nope, called 1300 number and both times after literally watin...

You can try there chat bot but i doubt you will get anywhere or consider moving to XERO. Most accountant and bookkeepers recommend using XERO. 

1million MYOB user pay monthly for no service support and it only seems to get worse
