Hi all,

 

Can someone please confirm the phone number for Technical support, last week I have tried a couple of 1300 numbers, looking for technical support, not sales, and I have either been kept on hold for over 3 hours, then when I did get through to someone, I was told it was "outside of her expertise" and then was put back on hold for over an hour, so I had to hang up.

 

Going to try again this week, for a Case that is over 4 weeks old, with not one email response with any updates, so any suggested numbers would be appreciated.

 

I cannot go through on line chat, as the file in question cannot go on online as it says incorrect serial number, but when this has been checked it is the right serial number?????
