Emailing Payslips & Invoices

I have just noticed that payslips and invoices from last week were not not emailed via MYOB.  I do remember something about that if we didn't join the new "secure invoicing" that we would not be able to email invoices direct from MYOB but has that come into effect already?  Also why wouldn't my payslips be emailed or is it something else all together I should be looking at?
