EOY

I have balanced the payroll for the entire year. Only 2 employees. Gross wages for each is $52.000. ALL Reports show this amount except the EOY finalization that is sent to the ATO. It is only showing $34,000 each. The income tax is also incorrect at this point as well. I cannot change it manually, so how can it be changed to the correct amount?
