EOY Finalisation

 EOY issue. STP / EOY finalisation not aligning with all other figures & checks ( All Correct - MYOB ) prior to Finalisation. Seems to be all our salaried employees plus one employee - all other 70 employees correct. I know figures have been reported correct to ATO through the year on reconciling. Manually entered , overridden when reporting for IAS. Ive checked ATO reporting category . PL . AL , Gross not flowed through only leave paid out. Never had issue in previous years. Salary employees the same. Update sent , all pay fortnights lodged and accepted by ATO. Pay Run History correct. Any suggestions and help appreciated

    Sorry for the late reply, and thank you for laying out everything you’ve already checked. A good next step is to compare your Payroll Register, Payroll Activity, and YTD verification reports to help pinpoint exactly where the figure is going rogue. Once you can see which report is out of step, that usually points you to the right workaround. If those reports don’t match, this help article steps through how to correct it.
