I cannot sign in simultaneously with two different user emails

This issue started this morning.

 

We manage multiple entities with different ABNs, each using separate names and email domains.

 

When we sign in to one entity with its email, any other entity logged in with a different email is automatically signed out.

 

This significantly reduces our efficiency and productivity when managing multiple entities at the same time.

 

Is there a solution?

    Hi MYOB_LT_User​ , EAP testing with customers started on the 9th Feb.
    There are multiple benefits behind the introduction of SSO which explain the 'why' behind this change. Perhaps best read here from our product manager.

    However, from a security perspective, could you explain why this change is necessary, given that the accounts use different email domains?

     

    I’m also curious - when your team was planning these changes, did they consider how this would impact users with multiple email accounts, or consult with customers first who pay for MYOB on a monthly basis?
