Hi All Re sending emails to in tray & not appearing in MYOB.
I have discovered that with the old microsoft outlook I can send documents via email to MYOB without a problem. But when I use the new Outlook aprrox 95% of the time documents never arrive in the in tray.
Has anyone else noticed this?

We are having the same issue , has been happening since there was issues last week. Any idea how to resolve this? The Intray is empty and we are unable to send anything to the intray via email as it never appears.

Our in‑tray has not been loading for more than two weeks now. Could someone help or provide a solution?

Hi Pollyanna1, I contacted support direct through MYOB myaccount and lodged a bug issue for this and it was promptly fixed. You may need to do the same with support. Good luck.

Same here and also unable to attach invoices to purchases. I get the "something went wrong" error.

Hi. I am having the same issue. It's the 21st Nov now, so not sure if the same problem? I know there are approximately 40 invoices in their for processing but they won't load. One time I had 1 invoice show up.

Hi, Same problem here today. I know there are a few invoices in there, but in tray won't load or a message pops up that tray is empty...

I send from outlook to myob and nothing arrives and no error.

Same here as well, nothing!! I know there are documents there and I have tried both dragging an invoice across and sending from outlook but nothing is there.
My In-Tray won't accept any documents. Finally comes with a red "Something went wrong" warning. I have closed and restarted the system for a reset hoping the error will correct itself but nothing has helped.
C'Mon MYOB everytime there is an update there seems to be another issue. Please fix.

Thanks for confirming. I also tested other client files without upgrading to the latest version and they also are having in tray problems. I also noticed on the dashboard where it usually says no of unallocated & no of in tray documents - there in tray documents tile is blank
