It also means that on the desktop I can no longer have multiple windows open. Which slows down data entry. (MYOB used to cope with that before.) So now, for example, if I need to add a Spend Money transaction for example when I'm in the "Reconciliation" window (not of a bank feed or bank acct), I cannot use a shortcut (Ctrl + H) to get to the Spend Money window to add the Recurring transaction.
I have to shut the window I'm in and then add the transaction. Close everything then go back to the Reconciliation window.
So slow and not convenient at all. MYOB, you don't understand how some of us speed up working with the desktop. You've slowed us down.
I guess your data was getting confused and cannot keep up with us humans (a first for AI?).

Looks like MYOB has done an update and it's working correctly now.

Hi Wynn,
Thanks for the detailed post, and sorry for the late reply.
We haven’t seen other reports of this issue at the moment, so it’s good to hear it’s already sorted on your end. If it happens again, clearing your AccountRight cache is a good first step, as it can help with the odd software mismatch. If you still need a hand after that, feel free to reach out to our team and we’ll take a closer look. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
Regards,
Earl
