What happened in that update last night?

What on earth happened in the update that was pushed through overnight?

I can't get the command centre to appear as a full size screen anymore and every time I leave the screen and come back, the command centre has resized itself and moved. 

Why do software engineers create more problems than they solve?

    Yep this is another **bleep** "upgrade"  why do you at MYOB have to play with things that only make your job seem important when us  the ones that use the systems are quite happy with the way it runs already

     

    How do we fix this???

    I have the same problem, immediately after the update.  It is very annoying!

    Never have I had to do this in 20 + years using Myob!

    Hi Earl, I don't think you have grasped the issue. Fixing display issues does not fix the problem. Try loading Account Right software, click on the rectangle located next to the "x" in the right top of the command centre, the command centre is centred and top of my screen, click on any of the buttons, then any program. For an example I have clicked on the card file and card list. MYOB is still in full screen mode. Close the card file and the command centre has moved back to top and left of my screen. 

     

    So Earl it would be really awesome if MYOB could just fix it!

    Hi Rhonda,

     

    I also back this up! Would MYOB just get rid of whatever they did? The fonts and windows DO NOT automatically scale to match the monitor's display settings. Why would MYOB create an issue when there wasn't one to begin with?

    I shouldn't have to change settings on my screen  to suit MYOB.

    The settings are to suit ME not software companies who change settings willy nilly because it suits them.

    Not impressed.

    You can find the update of the latest AccountRight version, 2025.1, which was released this month on this help page: What's new in the latest version?
     

    In AccountRight, the fonts and windows will automatically scale to match your monitor's display settings. You can change the size of your software by changing the display settings in your software. Please see this help page for more detailed guidance. Fixing display issues

    Hi Rhonda,

    I got on here now to voice my thoughts regarding the same issue! Why does MYOB roll out these upgrades without checking for issues! This is another upgrade that only makes the user want to look for other software suppliers.  I have 9 MYOB's open at a time with intercompany process! Another upgrade that makes my job harder! No easier! MYOB do better!
