annual leave set up for 4 weeks on 1 week off

Hi is there any way on the annual leave tab to set up an employee that works 4 weeks on and has 1 week off very year. as it works out to be 43.6 weeks that he works not 52 weeks,  52 /5 (4 on and +...

    Hi Tarnz_1 

    Leave without pay up to a week each time is still considered continuous employment, therefore the leave calculation would need to be 4 weeks over 52 weeks of earnings (including the unpaid weeks). The divisor would not change.
