Issue with Acepayroll GL not connecting to accountright

Hi Kirstin65​,

 

Sorry it took us a bit to get back to you. Our team is aware of the issue where Ace Payroll is no longer connecting with AccountRight to automatically send through the journaling transactions. This has been raised to our developers, and I’ve made sure your account’s added to the list of affected, so you’ll hear from us as soon as there’s an update. We appreciate your patience while we work towards a fix.
